Introduction

As a data controller, Fiducie’r may be required to collect and process certain information about individuals. About the data collected by Fiducie’r

Fiducie’r may use your personal information to send you newsletters, marketing or promotional documents, and other information that may be of interest to you. You may choose to stop receiving all or part of these communications from Fiducie’r by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any marketing email.

The Data collected or held may come from various sources. Some are collected directly from the Data Subject. The Data may also have been collected in the past in accordance with the regulations applicable at that time. The source may also consist of records of correspondence and communications between a Data Subject and Fiducie’r, including the retention of emails, social media communications, or any other type of exchanges and communications. Data may also be collected during meetings or client visits. Some data may come from publicly accessible sources (e.g., public registers, press, and websites) or have been collected from external companies (e.g., electronic databases).

Data Subjects must ensure that the data concerning them and collected by Fiducie’r is accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Legal basis and purposes of data processing

Fiducie’r uses the Data either when the Data Subject has given consent or when such use is based on a legal basis:

  • Performance of an existing contract between a Data Subject and Fiducie’r or pre-contractual measures;
