Jean-Dominique is a legal expert with over 15 years of experience in asset management.
Specializing in institutional management and corporate governance, he has an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, business needs, and client expectations.
Jean-Dominique completed law studies at the University of Fribourg as well as economics studies at the University of St. Gallen. He also holds the Chartered Analyst in Alternative Investment (CAIA) designation.
His career has been marked by several positions as legal manager within collective investment managers. This experience has enabled him to acquire expertise in regulatory nuances, commercial matters, and client expectations. Jean-Dominique began his career at Crédit Suisse and then worked at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management. He continued by joining Petiole Asset Management, a private equity fund manager. Jean-Dominique has also collaborated with Noveras Services, an entity active in the creation of financial and tax data, in partnership with SIX.
Investment funds and corporate governance are Jean-Dominique’s main areas of activity. Covering a range of investment strategies from traditional funds to private equity, Jean-Dominique has structured and ensured the maintenance of investment vehicles in numerous jurisdictions, both European and non-European.
